Food Vendors

Before selecting a vendor type, registrants must read and agree to the terms below.

I understand that food vendors are required to be set up by 12pm on the day of the event.

I understand that food vendors must be prepared to serve food from 12pm - 6:00pm.

Food - Vendor Fee $250

Dessert - Vendor Fee $200

Non-Food Vendors

Before selecting a vendor type, registrants must read and agree to the terms below.

I understand that non-food vendors are limited to a 10x10 tent display.

I understand that non-food vendors display must be set up by 12pm on the day of the event.

I understand that non-food vendor displays must be manned from 12p - 6:00pm.

Art - Vendor Fee $150

Clothing - Vendor Fee $150

Jewelry - Vendor Fee $150

Other Novelty Items - Vendor Fee $150

Acknowledgement of Understanding *

I have read and fully understand the terms for the selected vendor type.

I understand that no vendor slot is secured until the vendor fee is paid and the vendor receives an approval email from the organizers.

I understand that vendor fees are non refundable.

I understand that The Watson Family Foundation will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items/ equipment I bring to this event.
